North West T Level Employer of the Year

Anchor partner University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust were crowned T Level Employer of the Year for the North West region in the National Apprenticeship and Skills Awards 2024.
T-Levels are two-year qualifications for 16 to 19-year-olds designed in collaboration with employers across all industries in England. Each T-Level is equivalent to three A Levels, with the aim to support the young person to develop their skills, knowledge and to thrive in the workplace.
Widening Access to Quality Work member, Iain Hook, who is the Careers Lead for UHMBT, said: “I am thoroughly delighted that the last three years of commitment to delivering T-Levels has culminated in receiving this award.”
Iain will now attend the national industry placement webinar on 3rd April where he will be sharing best practice with others.
