Apprenticeships are a brilliant option for people of all ages to launch their careers in a huge range of exciting industries or upskill at various levels.
Today we’re sharing Chloe Austin’s journey to becoming a qualified nurse at Risedale Nursing Home. Chloe has been recognised for getting stuck in to the day to day life of the home after unlocking her potential through a nursing placement. Chloe’s placement set her up to return to Risedale to take on new challenges after learning from others.
Despite Chloe experiencing a major trauma accident two years into her apprenticeship, Chloe returned to work at Risedale Nursing Home and was more driven than ever before to become a better nurse, showing empathy by using her own life changing experiences with residents.
