Substance misuse survey

Westmorland and Furness Council are seeking feedback on their substance misuse services, they are running two surveys which are open until Monday 28 October 2024:
- A service user survey, which can be accessed here, which can be completed anonymously.
- A staff and professional stakeholder survey which can be accessed here.
The council are keen to understand:
- How well the services are meeting the needs of substance misuse service users
- How well the services are meeting the needs of those working with our services
- How they can improve their services moving forward
